Before you order.
Can I bring my own container?
Yes. Purified water is R1 per litre and normal tap water is R0.50 per litre when using your own clean, food-safe container. Containers are also available to buy at a separate, quoted price. For delivery, containers must already be at the shop or be purchased separately; we do not collect empty containers.
How do I order and pay?
Add products to your basket, choose collection or delivery, and review your request. The website opens a WhatsApp draft to 063 715 3256. Press Send in WhatsApp. We confirm stock, any quoted prices, delivery charges, payment arrangements and timing before accepting your order. No online payment is taken here.
Can you deliver one or two bags of ice?
Yes, if they are ordered together with other deliverable products. An ice-only delivery needs at least four bags. All deliveries are subject to the additional fee and the 15 km radius. A new laundry enquiry does not qualify as another deliverable product.
Do you collect dirty laundry?
No. Washing must be brought to the shop. Choose washing, drying, folding, ironing or bulky-item care; prices and turnaround are quoted. Once your laundry is completed, you can request delivery using your job reference, at an added fee within 15 km.
Is delivery automatically confirmed?
No. The exact shop address and hours are being finalised. You can provide an estimated distance, but the shop must verify your delivery address and distance within 15 km and quote the final fee. Contact us for the current collection point before travelling.
